Condition of Blood,having less than the normal number of Red blood cells,or less than the normal quantity of Haemoglobin

In Parasitology,some parasites can induce Anemia in their hosts

e.g. Nematodes: Haemonchus in Cow and Sheep

Trematodes: Fasciola in Cow and Sheep
